Sports Teams
With over 10+ years of coaching experience with high performance athletes, we have some expertise in muscle strength, stabilization, and agility training for athletes.
Whether it be large or small teams, we will help all athletes improve their sports performance by increasing strength, power, balance & stability, agility, VO2 max, lactic threshold & capacity, and recovery time.
Our team training can be dryland training, resistance training, or a combination of the two.

Summer Bootcamp
With COVID-19 affecting fitness facilities opening hours and capacities, let's take advantage of the outdoors while the weather is nice! We are going to be running some outdoor bootcamps this summer to keep active during these trying times.
Our bootcamps will adhere to the Alberta health & safety standards put forward to keep everyone safe while also getting their sweat on!
