Online training differs from mobile training in that everything is done online. Programs
and workouts are created and uploaded to our training app, and we coach you online.

How does it work?
After an initial assessment, we will create a training program tailored directly to you to help you reach your goals. Everything will be done in our training app, which is available on your smartphone, tablet, and desktop.
Through the app, you will track your progress in multiple ways:
- Tracking workouts - weights, reps, and sets for each exercise
- Progress photos
- Body measurements
Since we cannot be there in person to help you with each exercise, there are in-app videos that you can watch that take you through the exercises in your workout, showing correct form and function.
Tracking Programs and Staying Accountable
To track your workouts and see your progress, you simply have to log into the app on your smartphone or tablet and you can record as you go. If you prefer the paper route, you can also print your programs off from the web to record your workouts, and then just input the numbers into the app next time you're at your computer.
You can also link up your Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts so that your heart rate and daily calories are tracked in the place as your workouts. This helps you stay accountable in all aspects of your life, but also allows us to help track your progress and keep you moving towards your goals.
Since we cannot be there in person with you, you have direct access to us via the app messaging system email, text, or phone. We will be there for any questions or concerns you may have.

We start you off with an introductory meeting to go over your goals and find a starting point for your training. From there, we set up a personalized training program just for you to help you reach your fitness goals.
